By using MP4 to GIF (mp4-to-gif.app) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. The service is provided by ITERO LTD.
What the service is
MP4 to GIF is a free tool that converts video clips to animated GIFs and GIFs to MP4 videos. The processing runs in your browser on your own device; we do not receive or store your files. It is not a video downloader and does not fetch videos from other websites.
Your files and your responsibility
You keep all rights to your videos and to the files you create. You are responsible for having the right to convert and use the videos you open, including any third-party content in them, and for how you use the results. Do not use the service for anything unlawful or to infringe anyone's copyright.
Open-source components
The converter includes open-source software licensed under the GNU GPL and other licenses, as listed on the About page. Those licenses govern those components; nothing in these terms restricts your rights under them.
Acceptable use
Do not try to disrupt the website, overload it with automated traffic, or copy the site and present it as your own.
No warranty and liability
The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. Keep your original files and check each result. To the extent the law allows, ITERO LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from the use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and contact
We may change or pause the service and update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions: support@mp4-to-gif.app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute about the site or these terms belongs to the courts of England and Wales, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it locally.
